Job Description:
The VP, Product Marketing & Solutions is responsible for shaping the market strategy, positioning, and commercialization of Amplifi’s product portfolio. This executive leads the development of compelling narratives, scalable go‑to‑market frameworks, and cross‑functional enablement programs that accelerate adoption and revenue growth.
This role partners closely with Product, Activation, Client Success, Commercial, and Marketing teams to ensure Amplifi’s solutions are differentiated, understood, and consistently executed across the network. The VP serves as the voice of the market—translating client needs, competitive dynamics, and industry trends into actionable product and marketing strategies.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Product Marketing Leadership
Define the overarching product marketing strategy for Amplifi’s portfolio, including positioning, messaging, value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
Build and scale a unified narrative for Amplifi’s solutions that resonates with clients, internal teams, and industry partners.
Lead the creation of high‑impact sales enablement materials, product playbooks, case studies, and thought leadership content.
Go‑to‑Market Strategy & Commercialization
Architect and oversee end‑to‑end go‑to‑market plans for new and evolving solutions, ensuring alignment across Product, Activation, Commercial, and Client Success.
Drive launch excellence—establishing repeatable processes, KPIs, and feedback loops that accelerate adoption and revenue impact.
Partner with Commercial leadership to identify market opportunities, refine pricing/packaging, and optimize revenue strategy.
Market Insight & Innovation
Serve as one of Amplifi’s market intelligence leader—synthesizing client needs, competitive insights, and industry trends to inform product and sales strategy
Identify whitespace opportunities and emerging client challenges that can be addressed through new or enhanced solutions.
Champion a culture of innovation by bringing forward market‑validated ideas that strengthen Amplifi’s commercial advantage.
Revenue Growth & Performance Management
Own product‑level performance storytelling—connecting solution adoption, client outcomes, and revenue impact to Amplifi’s strategic objectives.
Partner with senior leadership to understand product performance and commercial success in order to refine strategies to drive growth.
Ensure product marketing efforts directly support revenue acceleration across priority accounts and verticals.
Executive Client & Partner Engagement
Act as a senior product and market expert in key client conversations, helping shape and optimize strategic narratives and deepen executive support.
Represent Amplifi in industry forums, conferences, and partner engagements—positioning the organization as a leader in technology‑enabled media innovation.
Cultivate trusted relationships with senior agency stakeholders to drive alignment, advocacy, and solution expansion.
Cross‑Functional Leadership & Influence
Partner with dentsu service lines to ensure seamless integration of Amplifi solutions into broader client strategies.
Drive internal alignment around product strategy, launch plans, and market positioning—ensuring clarity and consistency across all teams.
Lead cross‑functional working groups to accelerate solution development, refine processes, and improve execution quality.
Organizational Leadership
Mentor and develop high‑performing product marketing and solutions talent.
Establish best‑in‑class product marketing practices, frameworks, and operating rhythms.
Contribute to Amplifi’s broader strategic direction as part of the leadership team.
Experience & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in product marketing, media, ad tech, commercial strategy, or related fields within a complex, fast‑paced environment.
Demonstrated success leading go‑to‑market strategy and commercialization for scaled products or solutions.
Proven ability to influence senior executives, drive cross‑functional alignment, and lead through ambiguity.
Deep understanding of the media ecosystem, trading dynamics, partnerships, and technology‑enabled marketing solutions.
Strong strategic storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex offerings into compelling narratives.
Experience managing teams and developing talent.
Advanced proficiency in market analysis, product positioning, and performance storytelling.
The annual base salary range for this position is $164,450-$190-500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
