Trustpilot

VP of GTM Technology

Copenhagen Full Time

At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest independent consumer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!

At Trustpilot, we believe trust is built not only through great products, but through seamless, intelligent systems that empower our people to deliver exceptional experiences at scale. As we continue our journey to become the universal symbol of trust, our Go-to-Market teams play a critical role in connecting businesses and consumers around the world - and the technology that powers them has never been more important.

We’re looking for a VP of Go-to-Market Technology who can think strategically, operate at scale, and build the systems that enable our Commercial, Customer, and Trust teams to perform at their very best. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the backbone of our global GTM ecosystem - from Salesforce architecture to localisation and automation - ensuring our technology drives productivity, efficiency, and measurable business impact.

This isn’t just about maintaining systems. It’s about modernising our GTM landscape, addressing technical debt, unlocking smarter workflows, and building new capabilities that support our next phase of growth. If you’re passionate about translating business strategy into scalable technology solutions, leading high-performing teams, and turning complexity into clarity, this role is for you.

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you’ll act as the strategic owner of all Go-to-Market Technology at Trustpilot. You’ll work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Trust Officer, and Chief Customer Officer, partnering across functions to ensure our GTM systems are resilient, innovative, and built for the future.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead Trustpilot’s global Go-to-Market Technology strategy: Define and execute a clear 1-year game plan and 3-year strategy that aligns GTM technology with our broader business ambition. Ensure technology is not just a support function, but a strategic driver of commercial outcomes.
  • Own the performance, stability, and scalability of our GTM systems: Be accountable for the safety, security, spend, and resilience of the platforms that enable hundreds of Trusties and support tens of thousands of businesses worldwide.
  • Modernise and evolve our GTM architecture: Oversee the technical architecture across our GTM ecosystem - primarily Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds - ensuring alignment with our overall technology strategy. Address technical debt while building innovative new capabilities that improve productivity and customer outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally to unlock impact: Collaborate closely with Commercial, Customer, Trust, Product, and Engineering leaders to shape roadmaps and influence priorities. Ensure GTM technology initiatives directly enhance productivity, efficiency, and business performance. Participate in monthly Technology SteerCo sessions in Copenhagen.
  • Build and inspire a high-performing team: Lead a diverse organisation including Salesforce Administrators and Developers, Business Analysts, and Localisation Managers. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Drive operational excellence: Establish and uphold best practices across administration, development, testing, deployment, and localisation. Ensure disciplined budget management and thoughtful resource allocation to maximise impact.
  • Champion innovation and emerging technologies: Stay close to market trends and evolving GTM SaaS capabilities. Evaluate and introduce technologies that enhance automation, insight generation, and workflow optimisation across marketing, sales, and support.
  • Influence at the highest levels: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding informed decision-making through clear communication, strong business acumen, and data-driven insight. Represent Trustpilot’s vision externally with key partners and forums where relevant.

Who you are:

  • A strategic GTM technology leader: You bring significant experience leading Go-to-Market technology in fast-paced, high-growth, globally distributed SaaS environments. You understand how marketing, sales, and customer organisations operate - and how technology can accelerate their success.
  • A Salesforce expert with architectural depth: You have deep expertise across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, with a strong grasp of architecture, governance, and scalability. You’ve successfully balanced modernisation efforts with the delivery of new capabilities.
  • A builder of high-performing teams: You have a track record of recruiting, developing, and inspiring diverse technical teams. You create clarity of direction while empowering your leaders and specialists to thrive.
