Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on leader to manage and set the vision for our Campaign Measurement and Insights team, overseeing business-driven analyses that generate in-depth customer-focused campaign insights and identifying key business opportunities aimed at maximizing Sharecare’s revenue, customer retention and growth opportunities.  The Campaign Measurement and Insights team is responsible for all measurement, analytics and tracking that assesses digital campaign performance against pharma manufacturer KPIs.   

This team works closely with Account Management, Delivery, and Data Sciences teams to provide direction for optimizing campaign delivery ensuring successful campaign outcomes.  This team also supports the pre-sales process with insights that align product performance with client strategic objectives.  The VP of Campaign Measurement and insights will be responsible for developing and managing a growing team of 4+ analysts.  Additionally, this role will have significant client facing responsibilities supporting Sales and Account management to deliver insights regarding campaigns and audience performance.

Compensation: Up to $235,000 base salary depending on experience.

This is a hybrid/remote role, based out of our Manhattan office in New York City.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage, inspire, develop and lead team of data analytics and research professionals.
  • Establish strategies and tactics to measure and optimize digital campaign performance.
  • Develop and execute client-specific insights and strategies.
  • Foster strong client relationships, particularly within client analytic departments.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging analytics technologies.
  • Proactive management of client program performance to maximize profitability while achieving high-quality results and client satisfaction.
  • Recommend investment allocations based on client KPIs, delivery feasibility and internal financial goals.
  • Participate in RFP brainstorming sessions with Integrated Marketing and Sales teams to incorporate performance insights into product recommendations.
  • Partner with Data Sciences team to develop campaign optimization approach
  • Build out a centralized and comprehensive business and campaign analytics team and process.

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS Degree required.  MS/MBA in quantitative discipline (e.g., Economics, Statistics) preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of similar work experience in the digital media space with experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing and promotion.
  • Ability to think strategically and relate data insights to business objectives.
  • Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and work effectively with cross functional teams in an ever-changing and exciting environment.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with results orientated mindset.
  • Ability to travel to attend client meetings, conferences, seminars and industry events and in person team meetings.
  • Direct experience in building novel data, digital and analytics capabilities, and leading analytics in support of critical strategic decisions around product or campaign optimization.
  • Health care business, data (e.g. Crossix, IQVIA) and campaign measurement acumen with a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
