Cushman & Wakefield Summary The Technical SEO Specialist will support Cushman & Wakefield’s global Digital Marketing, Communications & Research Technology organization in strengthening organic visibility, optimizing site performance, and advancing AI-driven content and search capabilities across our digital ecosystem. This role combines technical SEO expertise with modern PR strategy, AI-driven optimization, and enterprise-scale digital operations. This individual will partner closely with Global SEO, Digital Web, Content, PR/Communications, and Product stakeholders to elevate our organic presence across 60+ markets.
The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, hands-on SEO experience, and a curiosity for where AI, structured data, and modern search experiences intersect. Description As a Technical SEO Specialist, you will support ongoing SEO enhancements across global websites, including technical audits, structured data improvements, content optimization, site performance analysis, AI-assisted enhancements, and coordination with regional teams.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining global SEO standards, ensuring search compliance, and integrating AI and PR strategies to drive visibility and authority. You will support content optimization processes, collaborate with developers on implementation, and assist in guiding global marketing teams on best practices. This role provides exposure across enterprise digital strategy, AI content tooling, technical web infrastructure, and brand-driven PR amplification.
Responsibilities
Technical SEO Execution
Conduct ongoing site audits, diagnose technical issues, and support implementation of fixes
Optimize metadata, structured data, internal linking, and crawlability
Monitor core web vitals, site speed, accessibility, and indexation health
Support development and deployment of schema markup aligned with C&W; standards
Collaborate with Digital Web developers to implement SEO recommendations AI-Driven Optimization
Use AI tools to support content enhancements, idea generation, metadata creation, and performance predictions
Assist in developing AI workflows for content optimization and digital process automation
Maintain best practices for responsible usage of AI in content and SEO PR & Authority Building
Support PR-driven digital amplification through SEO best practices
Coordinate with Communications teams to optimize press releases, media coverage, and backlink acquisition
Monitor brand mentions, media sentiment, and digital authority signals Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with content, PR, UX, and development teams to advance global organic strategy
Support SEO requests from stakeholders across global regions
Assist with measurement dashboards, reporting, and performance insights
Participate in Agile processes, sprint collaborations, and cross-functional planning
Required Qualifications & Background
2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (technical, on-page, or content SEO)
Experience using AI tools for SEO or content optimization
Understanding of PR impacts on SEO: backlinks, media signals, brand mentions
Strong familiarity with Google Search Console, Analytics, and SEO platforms
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript rendering, and structured data
Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting data
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Technology, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an enterprise/global SEO environment
Familiarity with Sitecore or enterprise CMS tools
Understanding of AI-assisted workflows and optimization frameworks
Experience in PR coordination or digital communications
