ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

OPTIMA GTM Leadership

• Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for OPTIMA by ERPA, including packaging, pricing, and positioning for offerings such as Platform-only, Enterprise, and Value Services (e.g., bridge support, rolling adoption).

AI-Powered Differentiation

• Translate OPTIMA’s AWS-based delivery components—Data Bridge, Core Data Accelerator, Test Accelerator, Integrations Accelerator—into compelling market messaging and internal enablement assets.

• Lead the rollout and GTM integration of ERPA’s Cloud Foundation Report, ensuring it is leveraged effectively with customers and prospects as a diagnostic tool, value accelerator, and entry point into broader OPTIMA and AWS-aligned offerings.

• Equip Sales and Customer Success with clear guidance on how AI-driven insights and automation enhance deployment quality, reduce risk, and accelerate time-to-value.

GTM Planning & Market Strategy

• Develop and operationalize GTM plans encompassing segmentation, ICP definition (e.g., SLED organizations with similar scale markers), and territory planning aligned with growth across SLED, enterprise, and emerging industries.

Sales Enablement

• Build and maintain OPTIMA-specific sales playbooks, value frameworks, competitive intelligence, and training programs aligned with ERPA’s differentiated delivery model.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Visionary Leadership

• Serve as a visionary champion and integrative leader, aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and IT around a unified GTM strategy.

• Strengthen internal enablement programs that improve margin performance, operational efficiency, and delivery consistency.

• Partner with Sales leadership to ensure execution excellence, providing the tools, insights, and frameworks needed for consistent win rates and predictable growth.

• Facilitate strategic decision-making by eliminating silos, enhancing cross-team communication, and building a shared understanding of OPTIMA’s value and market trajectory.
