Thereby the ideal candidate will realistically assess the implementation feasibility based on facts and figures.

They will be a strong problem solver and be able to handle complexity successfully, see the big picture as well as to go into details where necessary.

The ideal candidate finds the right balance between short-term priorities and long-term opportunities.

They will have an analytical mind and superior project management skills.

by delivering the right results The successful candidate must have a proven track record of achieving meaningful change across a large, complex and truly international manufacturing organisation. They would have driven large scale transformation to a Quality and Food Safety function including culture and mindset change in a matrix environment. They will think beyond the Quality and Food Safety function, understanding and leveraging key business drivers. The ideal candidate will be a change leader with a proven ability to create a mutual and ambitious vision. They also provide their reports with change leader roles and actively coach them in their change missions. Further, they are a visionary, inspiring, and provide new perspectives and direction where required.

Previous Experience

  • Substantial Quality and Food Safety experience in a multinational environment, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and align teams toward a clear vision.
  • Track record of engaging and energising at all levels of the organisation, from influencing senior stakeholders to generating front line engagement.
  • Demonstrated capability in Quality organisation transformation, delivering a step change in quality operating standards.
  • Experience in building strong teams as well as an “academy” program to enable a continuous learning environment.
  • Strong collaborator, working closely with key stakeholders across Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing, and Procurement to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Able to create possibilities for new thinking, challenge positively and lead change.
  • Understanding of cultural differences, with the ability to adapt leadership style to different cultural and regional dynamics.
