What's Exciting About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Global Compensation to lead the design, governance, and execution of our compensation programs across more than 40 countries. This role will shape the company’s approach to base pay, incentive structures, equity programs, and executive compensation, ensuring alignment with our business strategy and global talent priorities.

You will partner closely with senior leadership, finance, legal, and regional HR teams to deliver a competitive, equitable, and scalable compensation framework that supports our growth and values.

Skills and Experience We Desire

  • Lead global compensation strategy, planning, and execution across all employee levels and geographies.
  • Design and manage executive compensation programs, including annual and long-term incentives, in partnership with the CHRO and Board.
  • Oversee global equity administration, including grant cycles, compliance, and employee communications.
  • Develop and maintain job architecture, leveling frameworks, and career paths across functions and regions.
  • Lead sales compensation strategy and administration, ensuring alignment with performance and business goals.
  • Manage annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and equity reviews.
  • Conduct global market benchmarking and compensation analytics to inform pay decisions and strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with local pay regulations, tax laws, and disclosure requirements.
  • Partner with finance and legal on budgeting, reporting, and governance.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global compensation team.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with deep expertise in global program design and administration.
  • Proven success in executive compensation, equity administration, and sales compensation.
  • Strong understanding of global job architecture and leveling frameworks.
  • Experience working across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CCP, CECP) preferred.
