The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is currently seeking a Total Rewards Partner (Experienced or Senior) to join our Total Rewards organization and provide real-time consultation to Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders organization for all areas within Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits). This role can be located in Kennedy Space Center, FL; Titusville, FL or Miami, FL.
In this role, you will partner with the Compensation and Benefits strategy and process teams to develop Total Rewards strategies and solutions and lead their deployment. This is a critical role in which you will develop holistic compensation and benefit solutions and proactively bring insights and anticipate future trends to ensure Total Rewards programs and plans are outcome driven, market competitive, cost-effective and enable talent and business objectives at all levels. This position will collaborate with the various Total Rewards and HR teams in preparation for deployment of Annual Compensation Review, Job Classifications, Job Structures, Pay Practices and Incentive processes that align with the Global Compensation philosophy.
The key areas this position will support are as follows: pay strategies, pay analyses, offer reviews, executive job evaluations, salaried job classification updates, and deployment of enterprise processes to the client groups.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range Experienced (Level 3): $85,000 - $133,750
Summary Pay Range Senior (Level 4): $104,550 - $165,000
