We’re looking for a VP B2C Commercial Growth to join us in London

We are seeking an exceptional VP to spearhead our most exciting growth initiatives. This is not just another VP role, it's your opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation, driving transformative products and services that will define tomorrow's connected world.

Based in London and reporting to the MD Commercial & Operations, you'll be looking at commercial growth of our consumer offerings, from AI-powered solutions to strategic hyperscaler partnerships., as well as innovating today’s solutions.  You'll work across our family of leading brands including Virgin Media-O2, VodafoneZiggo, Telenet, and more.

What will you be doing?

  • Build Tomorrow: Lead innovation in AI operationalization and partnerships with leading hyperscalers to create breakthrough value for Liberty Global
  • Forge Strategic Alliances: Identify, evaluate, and execute M&A opportunities and strategic partnerships that accelerate growth and strengthen our market position
  • Make It Real: Drive activation of current and new services across our operating companies and potentially other CSPs, turning vision into tangible results
  • Lead with Impact: Build and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team while collaborating effectively with senior leadership, operational teams, and external partners

Essential Requirements:

  • Telecommunications experience is mandatory – this is non-negotiable. You must have deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in the telco sector
  • Demonstrated success in developing high-growth businesses and driving innovation at scale
  • Deep understanding of emerging technologies, with knowledge of and experience with AI and hyperscaler products
  • Strong financial acumen coupled with strategic thinking capabilities
  • Track record in M&A, partnerships, and venture capital
  • Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent required
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical abilities, and comfort operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments
