VMS Project Manager - Contract (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage the implementation of our vendor management system.
  • Technology Enablement: Drive VMS technology efficiency and optimization to support program scalability and efficiency.
  • Reporting: Deliver KPI analytics, insights, and executive-ready reporting to inform strategic decisions.
  • Change Management: Lead operational transformation initiatives, standardize processes, and ensure adoption of new tools and workflows.
  • Training & Documentation: Develop and maintain procedural documentation, user guides, and SOPs for the VMS. Provide training and support to internal users to ensure effective system use and adherence to policies.
  • KPI Development & Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators.
  • Recruitment: Full cycle recruitment of contract and full-time candidates.

Required skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in workforce solutions, full cycle recruitment, and staffing supplier management.
  • 5+ years of experience in VMS implementations, project management, change management, and staffing Management Service Provider (MSP).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders (hiring managers, vendors/staffing suppliers, candidates)
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

The pay rate for this position is $65.00 - $75.00 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
