About the job

As a VM Executive, reporting to the VM Manager, you will deliver consistent, high‑quality visual merchandising through clear guidelines, strong execution, and cross‑functional collaboration that supports brand and sales objectives for the UKI market.

Main duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Develop and deliver visual merchandising guidelines and tools for stores, pop-ups and events
  • Implement and maintain VM standards across retail & wholesale stores, pop-ups and events ensuring brand consistency and optimal product presentation
  • Guide and support the store teams on VM best practices, in-store execution and seasonal / promotional campaign rollouts
  • Conduct store visits and visual audits to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across retail and wholesale network
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Central Brand team, local Marketing, Sales, Merchandising & Planning) to align visual strategies with campaigns, brand initiatives, product launches and commercial priorities
  • Analyse and refine VM strategies to support sales, customer experience, and product sell‑through
  • Track and report on VM campaign and tools effectiveness and customer engagement
  • Plan and allocate budget for VM campaigns and activations.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, within a fast-paced environment and jewellery/ premium fashion/ cosmetics/ lifestyle brands.
  • Bachelor’s degree; ideally in marketing, fashion management or communications.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite is a must; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop would be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with their stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Solution oriented mindset, with ability to adapt and be flexible.
