We’re seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of in‑store presentations that elevate the customer experience and reinforce our brand vision. This role partners across Merchandising, Marketing, Store Planning, and Purchasing to ensure cohesive, trend‑forward merchandising that drives results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with product assortments and brand initiatives.

  • Act as a resource to stores, providing guidance on merchandising philosophy, techniques, and solutions.

  • Analyze performance and industry trends to identify opportunities and propose innovative concepts.

  • Source and translate market trends into actionable in‑store enhancements; attend trade shows and competitive shops.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to create cohesive branding collateral for in‑store and event presentations.

  • Partner with Store Planning and Purchasing on new store prototypes, fixture designs, and vendor sourcing.

  • Oversee design, development, and validation of visual collateral; manage vendor relationships and negotiation.

  • Lead seasonal décor direction, creative calendars, and presentations to cross‑functional teams.

  • Support special events, grand openings, and Field Operations with visual merchandising expertise.

  • Ensure timely communication of standards and programs to management and store personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising or retail design.

  • Strong trend awareness and ability to translate brand vision into compelling customer experiences.

  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills.

  • Vendor management and negotiation expertise.
