About the job

• Planning, ordering, budgeting, and ensuring the execution of Visual Merchandising tools, assets/campaigns across all retail touchpoints.

• Coordinate ordering with Customer Service and suppliers and track deliveries and installations to ensure on-time execution.

• Support implementation of global VM guidelines across all POPs (SR, IR, MUB, MOB) in LATAM.

•Coordinate deployment and installation of VM materials for launches, campaigns, events, and trade activations, ensuring execution according to guidelines.

• Provide VM operational support for new openings, relocations, and refurbishments.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.

• 3–5 years in Visual Merchandising, retail execution, or store environment roles.

• Strong execution and organizational skills.

• Planning and budget management capabilities.

• High attention to detail and visual standards.

• Ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
