About the Role

Reporting to a Vineyard Manager, this role is in the vineyards where the journey of our award-winning wine begins. Located at our Spring Creek Vineyard, you would be responsible for daily duties that bring us quality year after year: machine operation and caring for our vineyards.

Crafting your Journey

• Following all safety procedures, ensuring proper PPE, incident reporting, etc
• Supervision of seasonal workers
• Mulching, spraying, trimming, plucking, and general maintenance of the vines
• Trellis and irrigation maintenance
• Harvest operations

Your Grape Qualities

• Ready for a change and keen to join the Wine Industry with a company that can fast track your development.
• A team player with a can-do attitude
• Experience in vineyards or in a similar industry is preferred but not essential; Growsafe, first aid and onsite training is provided
• Seasonal work (harvest, spraying, frost fighting, etc) may require flexibility of hours or shift work
• A current driver’s license
