Responsibilities
Conduct new hires briefings for new hires to support smooth onboarding.
Manage the application, cancellation, and renewal of work passes/employment passes.
Follow-up on employment contracts, employee data management, and documentation updates.
Conduct exit interviews and manage the end‑to‑end resignation and clearance process.
Prepare training bond agreements and deed acceptance letters where required.
Handle staff enquiries on HR policies, benefits, insurance submissions, and general welfare matters.
Prepare and submit government‑required surveys and reports (e.g., Labour Market Surveys, IMDA surveys).
Respective BUs support on invoice and payment matters
Insurance liaison including WICA and follow-ups, ad-hoc finance requests on all incoming funds received into BU entity bank accounts respectively etc
Employee engagement, welfare and activities
Administer employee insurance matters, including claims processing, policy coordination, and liaison with insurers.
Participate in HR‑related ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in the related field.
Familiar with local employment laws and regulations.
Knowledge of the industry will be an added advantage.
