Job Description:
The U.K. Talent Attraction Team (Talent Acquisition & Employment Marketing) team is responsible for promoting Airbus’ employer brand and driving recruitment. We create and implement digital marketing, brand management, public relation, and candidate outreach strategies through campus engagement, advertising, career fairs and other media types.
The Talent Attraction placement at Airbus offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition, employment marketing and employer branding within a leading aerospace company. As a V.I.E, you will contribute to the organisation and execution of career fairs, assist in the development of recruitment campaigns across digital and out-of-home platforms, and support various activities aimed at attracting the best talent to Airbus.
What will you be doing?
Organizing and Attending Career Fairs:
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Employment Marketing teams to plan, coordinate, and execute university career fairs and related events;
Assist in the logistical arrangements, including booth setup, collateral/asset preparation, and managing event registrations;
Engage with prospective candidates, providing information about Airbus and its employment opportunities; and collect and analyse feedback and data from career fairs to help improve future recruitment strategies.
Talent Acquisition and Candidate Engagement:
Assist the talent acquisition team in sourcing potential candidates through various online channels, such as professional networks, LinkedIn, and job boards.
Support the initial screening process by reviewing CVs and applications to help create shortlists of qualified candidates.
Help coordinate the recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews and maintaining communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Contribute to maintaining accurate candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Workday.
Recruitment Advertising Campaigns:
Support the development and implementation of recruitment advertising campaigns across digital and out-of-home media channels when needed.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create compelling and effective campaign materials.
Assist in monitoring campaign performance and provide insights to optimise future advertising efforts.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance the employer branding initiatives and attract diverse talent.
Employer Branding and Talent Attraction:
Assist in the execution of employer branding strategies to enhance Airbus' reputation as an employer of choice.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of content for employment marketing channels, including social media, careers website, and other communication platforms.
Support the coordination of employer branding events and initiatives, both internally and externally.
Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in employment marketing.
Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in HR, marketing, business administration, public affairs, psychology, sociology or a related field
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences;.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.e.g TikTok;
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas
Knowledge of the aerospace industry and a passion for aviation is desirable.
