Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par les Ministères français de l’Europe et des Affaires Etrangères, du Ministère de l’Economie et des Finances et du Ministère de la Transition écologique et de la Cohésion des territoires et qui permet à Airbus d'offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l'étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial.

Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d'éligibilité de Business France. Principaux critères d'exigibilité du VIE : 

● Être citoyen(ne) de l'Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum (une mission V.I.E peut débuter au plus tard le jour du vingt-neuvième anniversaire) 

● Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays. 

● Être impérativement inscrit sur le site Mon Volontariat International avant les 28 ans

La durée d’un VIE est de 6 à 24 mois en fonction du lieu d’affectation. 

Un poste sous contrat VIE Analyse Financière est à pourvoir au sein d’Airbus Portugal à Lisbonne. Vous rejoindrez le département financier.

 

Le Département Finance (AGF) d'Airbus GBS gère la maintenance et la production de l'ensemble des documents légaux et internes de l'entité locale. En intégrant notre équipe, vous participerez directement à l'élaboration de la trajectoire financière de l’entité. Par ailleurs, vous collaborerez étroitement avec AGSF, le département d'Analyse Financière des Fournisseurs, qui est responsable du suivi de la santé des fournisseurs les plus stratégiques d'Airbus.

Missions et responsabilités :

Vous serez en charge des activités principales suivantes : 

● Aide à la préparation des états financiers et des prévisions concernant l'entité Airbus Portugal.

● Aide à l'analyse financière des fournisseurs stratégiques d'Airbus en collaboration avec le département des Achats d'Airbus (Airbus Procurement). 

● Soutien aux activités quotidiennes du département financier d'Airbus Portugal. 

Des déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir une fois par trimestre en Europe et, de ce fait, vous devez être disposé(e) à vous déplacer en conséquence. 

Compétences requises: 

Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes : 

● Titulaire d'un Master(ou équivalent) dans le domaine de Banque et Finance ou une discipline apparentée.
●1 à 3 ans d'expérience en Analyse Financière (apprentissages et stages compris) 

● Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et Google Suite

En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes : 

● Bonnes compétences en communication et sens de l'organisation. 

 ● Grande attention aux détails et solides compétences analytiques.  

● Stakeholder Management 

● Compétences linguistiques : Niveau avancé en anglais

Description of the job :

 The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. 

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria. VIE Main Requirements: 

● European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday)

● Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any 

● Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28.

A VIE for a Financial Analyst has arisen within Airbus Portugal in Lisbon, Portugal. You will join Airbus Finance department. 

The Finance Department (AGF) of Airbus GBS  is in charge of maintaining and producing all legal and internal documentation for the local entity. Joining our team, you will see first-hand the financial trajectory and impact of our people. Furthermore, you will work in close collaboration with AGSF, the Supplier Financial Analysis department in charge of monitoring the health of Airbus’ most critical suppliers, allowing you to interact with C-Level executives of some of our top suppliers.

Tasks & accountabilities :

Your main tasks will include: 

● Help in the preparation of financial statements and forecast relating to Airbus Portugal Entity

● Help in the financial analysis of Airbus strategic suppliers in collaboration with Airbus Procurement 

● Support in the day to day activities of Airbus Portugal Finance department

● This role will involve some travel for business quarterly in Europe  and as such you must be able to travel accordingly. 

Required skills :

You have the following skills and experience:

● Educated to Masters (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline. 

● 1 to 3 years of experience in Financial analysis (apprenticeships and internships included ) 

● Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite

In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills: 

● Good communication and organizational skills 

● Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

● Stakeholder Management

● Language Skills: advanced level of English
