Duration: 12 or 24 months
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Our audit process is undergoing a major evolution. We are moving toward a lean, fully digitalized, and risk-based program. Your role is at the heart of this transformation. You won't just follow the process; you will help build it.
Process Architecture: Acting as a Lead Improver to define and document our new, lean company-wide audit standards.
Data & Insights: Building global Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting structures that provide real-time value to senior management.
Global Networking: Interfacing with Audit entities across the entire Airbus Group to ensure alignment and best-practice sharing.
Future Auditor Path: Gaining hands-on training to become a qualified Internal Auditor.
This position offers a unique 360-degree view of Airbus Helicopters. You will gain deep insights into our industrial operations, business strategy, and organizational DNA. You’ll be part of a core team of 20 experts supporting a wider network of 100 auditors worldwide.
University degree in the area of IT, Business Administration, Communication, Engineering or an equivalent field of study.
You are motivated to grow within a fast-paced, fascinating industrial environment.
You can identify risks within complex processes and have a natural curiosity for how big organizations stay efficient.
High ethical standards and a commitment to company values are non-negotiable for our future auditors.
Fluent in English, with the ability to collaborate across borders and functions.
