Job Description:
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria. VIE Main Requirements:
European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday)
Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any
Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28

A VIE for a Digital Transformation & AI Implementation Specialist has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Beijing. You will join the Airline marketing department.
Your primary mission will be to modernize our analytical workflows and foster a culture of AI-driven excellence across the marketing department. You will be a key driver in technological adoption and operational efficiency.
Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks will include:
Lead the effort to improve AI adoption, specifically focusing on digital-oriented tools to streamline generic market analysis.
Work across different teams to benchmark their current use of digital tools. Act as an AI ambassador to address concerns by conducting internal workshops and leading teams through technological shifts.
Analyze the current missions and needs of marketing teams and translate them into actionable AI use cases, demonstrating tangible gains in efficiency. Maintain a critical perspective on AI outputs by identifying the limits of AI to ensure the highest level of accuracy and strategic nuance.
This role might involve travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
Required skills
You have the following skills and experience:
Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business or a related discipline with a strong focus on digital transformation.
A first experience in Digital Marketing or AI Project Management (apprenticeships and internships included).
Expert-level interest and proficiency in AI tools (e.g., Gemini, LLMs, and prompt engineering).
Strong Analytical Skills and Critical Thinking.
In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:
Change Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Excellent communication skills.
Strategic mindset and ability to challenge AI-generated content.
Language Skills: Advanced/Negotiation level of English.

Un poste sous contrat VIE Digital Transformation & AI Implementation Specialist est à pourvoir au sein d’Airbus Commercial Aircraft à Beijing (Pékin). Vous rejoindrez le département Marketing.
Votre mission principale sera de moderniser nos flux de travail analytiques et de favoriser une culture d'excellence axée sur l'IA au sein de l'ensemble du département marketing. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'adoption technologique et l'efficacité opérationnelle.
Missions et responsabilités :
Vous serez en charge des activités principales suivantes :
Piloter l'amélioration de l'adoption de l'IA, en se concentrant sur les outils numériques pour rationaliser l'analyse de marché.
Collaborer avec les différentes équipes pour évaluer leur utilisation actuelle des outils numériques.
Agir en tant qu'ambassadeur de l'IA pour répondre aux préoccupations via des ateliers internes et accompagner les équipes dans les transitions technologiques.
Analyser les besoins des équipes marketing et les traduire en cas d'utilisation concrets de l'IA, en démontrant des gains d'efficacité tangibles.
Maintenir une perspective critique sur les résultats de l'IA en identifiant ses limites pour garantir une précision maximale et une nuance stratégique.
Des déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir et, de ce fait, vous devez être disposé(e) à vous déplacer en conséquence.
Compétences requises
Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes :
Titulaire d'un diplôme (ou équivalent) dans le domaine du Marketing, du Business ou de la Transformation Digitale.
Expérience en Marketing Digital ou Gestion de projet IA (apprentissages et stages compris).
Intérêt de niveau expert et maîtrise des outils d'IA (ex: Gemini, LLMs) et du "prompt engineering".
Solides capacités d'analyse et esprit critique.
En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes :
Gestion du changement et collaboration transverse.
Excellentes capacités de communication.
Capacité à maintenir une perspective critique sur les outils technologiques.
Compétences linguistiques : Niveau négociation en Anglais.
