Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the effective deployment of marketing initiatives to build the sales pipeline and generate bookings across the India and Asia Pacific regions.

You will join a highly collaborative and results-driven team that partners closely with sales, operations, and global brand leaders to drive innovative demand strategies and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Execute integrated marketing programs: Develop and deliver multi-touch campaigns, including digital, virtual, and physical events, to drive measurable leads and sales opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders: Partner with local commercial leaders and global marketing support teams to ensure campaign alignment and effective lead follow-up by sales teams.

  • Support campaign analysis and optimization: Manage vendor relationships and utilize marketing technologies to report on program metrics, ensuring all activities deliver maximum Return on Investment and align with organizational standards.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2–5 years of experience in demand generation or field marketing.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and experience using marketing automation platforms and Customer Relationship Management tools, such as Salesforce.com.

  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and the capacity to work independently to create concrete marketing plans in a fast-paced environment.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or an equivalent field.
