Position Description
The Vice President, Platform Product Management plays a pivotal leadership role in defining and executing Anomali’s product strategy.  This individual will shape the platform product roadmap, mature and streamline product management practices, and drive cross-functional execution across the organization.  They will lead a high-performing team of Product Managers and UI/UX Engineers, engage deeply with customers and the market and, deliver innovation that accelerates growth across our AI-powered Security and IT Operations Platform. The ideal candidate combines technical fluency with a strong understanding of operational workflows, particularly in complex enterprise environments. This is a hands-on leadership role for a strategic, creative, and commercially minded product executive who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Ownership
 o        Define and execute Anomali’s global Security and IT Operations Platform strategy, supporting the long-term vision and growth objectives. This includes managed workflow solutions, including orchestration, approvals, automation, and integration points.
o        Facilitate the expansion of the product suite and define/refine scalable workflow-driven products
 o        Evaluate emerging technologies and the evolution of cybersecurity to continuously enhance product capabilities
 o        Drive operational excellence and cross-functional strategies, with engineering, operations, UX, and other teams, to enhance product performance, reliability, traceability, compliance, usability, scalability and integration (both upstream and down).
o        Partner with evaluation and reliability teams to define success metrics, SLIs/SLOs, and operational guardrails for features.
 o        Monitor adoption, performance, and ROI of managed workflows, integrating to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
 o        Mature product management processes, identify new revenue streams, and develop cross-sell opportunities with a focus on net new business.
o        Manage internal processes and workflows to effectively prioritized features and ensure release readiness and timeline confidence.
 o        Oversee competitive landscape analysis and business case development for new products and platform enhancements
 o        Serve as thought leader and contribute to key business activities, including customer engagements, participation in industry forums/panels/events, authoring whitepapers and, evangelizing product strategy.

Team Leadership, Development & Innovation
 o        Serve as a hands-on leader, coach, and mentor to a high-performing team of 6-8 Product Managers and UI/IX, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
 o        Cultivate an environment where product managers thrive and contribute to the company's ambitious growth goals.
 o        Partner closely with Engineering and Go-To-Market teams to ensure alignment from concept through customer impact.
 o        Define and drive the product roadmap for platform features, aligning capabilities with customer and operational use cases.
 o        Work closely with product, engineering and data science teams to translate research-level concepts into production-ready features.
 o        Drive innovation across the platform strategy with a constant attention on always driving to customer focused outcomes.

Required Experience & Expertise
 o        10+ years of Product Management experience with deep knowledge of the cybersecurity space, including extensive knowledge of SIEM, XDR, SOAR, UEBA, and Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP) domains .
 o        Proven track record of developing and scaling SIEM or adjacent products, with a strong emphasis on innovation, growth, and revenue generation.
 o        Strong knowledge of enterprise workflows, ideally including security operations, automation or SOC processes.
 o        Prior experience in high-growth or transformation environments, ideally within VC or PE backed organizations.
 o        Strategic thinker with an engineering mindset who bridges technical depth with business acumen and customer empathy.
 o        Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and mature product management organizations and processes.
 o        Strong executive presence with high EQ, collaboration skills and conflict management capabilities.
 o        Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and influencing executive and board-level stakeholders.
 o        Skilled in business case development, market analysis, and data-informed product decisions.
