OneDigital, a leading provider of employee benefits, financial services, and HR consulting, is seeking a visionary Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing organization and propel us to the next level. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that builds brand awareness, generates leads, and ultimately fuels our continued success.
Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, responsibilities include:
· Lead the development and execution of a data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with OneDigital's overall business objectives.
· Oversee aspects of marketing including, content development, digital engagement, client communication, and M&A communications in coordination with brand team
· Focus on corporate strategy surrounding the emerging consumer market including brand building, market research and demand generation activities while understanding and implementing compliance guidelines and scalable procedures.
· Oversee development and execution of marketing strategy across the team and practice areas
· Champion a culture of innovation and creativity team, fostering a collaborative environment that produces results using technology to its advantage.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships and feedback loop with key stakeholders across the organization, including field advisors, sales, operations, and leadership teams.
· Represent the marketing organization in M&A presale meetings with prospective sellers
· Work with research and engagement teams to translate market research and insights into marketing strategies to be deployed by cross-functional teams across the organization
· Analyze marketing performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI with organizations and individuals.
· Inform internal messaging surrounding internal events to drive growth through client retention, prospect development and acquisition strategies
· Acts as a liaison to the field surrounding marketing strategy and enablement activation, M&A integration success, and other duties as assigned
· Management of team operations and people management
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably within the insurance, financial services, or HR technology industries.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and marketing automation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a team.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
