Job Summary
The Vice President of Marketing & Communications serves as the senior marketing leader for Stonebridge, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy across a diverse hotel portfolio. This role balances strategic leadership and execution, driving performance while advancing brand positioning, communications, and business development initiatives.
Essential Functions and Duties
Portfolio Marketing Leadership
• Lead integrated marketing strategies aligned with revenue and performance goals
• Drive demand generation, market share growth, and positioning across assets
• Oversee campaign strategy, media planning, content direction, and optimization
• Partner with property teams to identify growth and differentiation opportunities
In-House Agency Development
• Design and operationalize an in-house marketing agency model
• Establish service offerings, workflows, and performance standards
• Balance property-level customization with scalable execution
Team Leadership
• Lead and develop a centralized marketing and digital team
• Drive accountability, performance, and alignment with commercial objectives
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture
Corporate Marketing, PR & Communications
• Lead brand positioning, public relations, and communications strategy
• Support internal and external communications aligned with business strategy
• Collaborate with General Counsel to ensure alignment with legal standards
Stakeholder & Owner Engagement
• Represent marketing in owner meetings and asset reviews
• Communicate strategy, performance, and value creation effectively
• Support business development through pitch materials and strategic narratives
Required Experience, Education, and Skills
• Senior marketing leadership experience in hospitality, preferably multi-property or portfolio-level
• Expertise in brand strategy, positioning, integrated campaigns, and on-property execution
• Experience with resort, destination, lifestyle, or independent hotel marketing preferred
• Familiarity with major hotel brands (e.g., Marriott, Hilton) and brand standards
• Proven ability to build, scale, and lead marketing teams or functions
• Experience engaging with ownership groups and supporting business development
• Strong commercial acumen (revenue, demand generation, market share)
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and digital platforms

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Occasional travel for property visits and owner meetings
