We are seeking a strategic, platform-minded Vice President of Product to lead our boarding orchestration platform. This role owns the core boarding and provisioning platform that powers merchant acquisition across SMB, Enterprise, and ISV / Platform channels.

You will be responsible for building scalable, compliant, and configurable boarding experiences that enable partners, sellers, and internal teams to efficiently bring merchants live while integrating seamlessly with enterprise risk, compliance, and underwriting decisioning systems.

This role focuses on boarding orchestration, data capture, configuration, and delivery, not policy ownership.

What You Will Do:

Product Strategy & Vision
  • Define and drive the vision for a unified onboarding and provisioning platform used across segments and partners.

  • Establish a multiyear roadmap focused on configurability, reuse, scale, and regulatory alignment.

  • Build and maintain as a product consumed by partners, sellers, and internal teams.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, Underwriting, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

  • Collaborate with segment leads (SMB, Enterprise, ISO, ISV) to tailor onboarding flows to unique customer needs.

Platform Ownership
  • Own the boarding platform’s core capabilities including:

  • Risk and compliance workflows

  • Product provisioning and entitlements

  • Developer-facing APIs, SDKs

Customer Experience
  • Champion intuitive, frictionless onboarding experiences for merchants and partners.

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet regulatory requirements while also configurable to evolving boarding flows and requirements.

Data & Insights
  • Use data to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Define KPIs for onboarding success across segments.

Team Leadership
  • Build and mentor a high-performing product team focused on boarding.

  • Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and customer obsession.

What You Need to Have:

  • 12+ years of Product Management experience, with 5+ years in Platform or Product Leadership role.

  • Deep experience in payments, fintech, or other regulated environments.

  • Deep understanding of merchant onboarding, provisioning, and compliance driven user journeys.

  • Experience working with APIs, SDKs, and developer platforms.

  • Proven success in building scalable products for diverse customer segments.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to partner effectively with Risk, Compliance, and Engineering without owning policy decisioning.

  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.
