Vice President, Global Talent Partner

The Global Talent Partner will be responsible for creating and delivering functional talent strategies for the Staff Groups (HR, Finance, Marketing, Legal and Technology) and will also have strategic oversight of aspects of our Global Learning strategy and our new/enhanced focus on Organizational Strategy & Design. The focus will be both on talent management and building a learning culture across the enterprise. This includes developing strategies and programs to enhance the capabilities and performance of our workforce. Additionally, this position will focus on providing people capability required to deliver functional business strategies and will be critical in supporting our leadership teams to develop talent depth and strengthen succession for leadership and critical roles within the organization. This position also partners with senior leadership to accelerate the growth of diverse top talent and successors by facilitating stretch appointments and building robust development plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides a broad range of consultative services to all levels of leadership regarding individual and team talent development.

  • Assess and consult on organizational effectiveness and organizational design. Diagnose capability and provide frameworks to develop required skillsets.

  • Maintains full understanding of Organizational Design and provides guidance and support on strategic Development products and services including Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership and Executive Development, Performance Management, Colleague Engagement, Coaching, and Culture/Change Leadership

  • Drives the TD road map; acts as a hands-on delivery resource leading the execution through HRBPs. Partners with HRBPs and Business Leadership to implement program management methodologies and measures to ensure return on investment.

  • Creates a contemporary succession planning process that ensures both leaders and potential leaders can successfully transition to new roles while minimizing impact on the organization.

  • Partner with HRBPs to identify and develop strategic capabilities for business unit HR teams.

  • Create action, change management, executive buy in, org design, and upskilling plans to support the acceleration of identified strategic capabilities.

  • Provide leadership into learning and development solutions including leveraging emerging technologies and innovative approaches to create engaging and effective learning experiences

  • Assist in establishing metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning and talent development initiatives.

  • Utilize data driven insights to continuously improve and refine programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; masters preferred.

  • 10+ years of leadership in learning development and talent management

  • Experience successfully crafting talent strategies to close development and capability gaps

  • Subject matter expertise in multiple key development areas

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align learning initiatives with organizational objectives.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to leverage metrics to drive decision-making

  • Ability to influence collaborators at all levels in the organization

  • Proven success driving initiatives to completion while ensuring adoption

  • Leads with an “outside-in” approach by keeping a pulse on external market and HR trends

  • Demonstrated People leadership experience

  • Experience working as an HR Business Partner is preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships develop and deliver fair and equitable solutions

  • Professional demeanor with excellent and timely follow-up with business partners

  • Must be self-motivated and have an enhanced ability to prioritize/plan in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to tell a story

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $197,400 - $257,500 / year. Base salaries are determined in part based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that support all aspects of your health and well-being.
