Job Description:
VP – Global TA Strategy and Operations
Seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to manage operations and strategic programs. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining programs to drive key talent pipelines into the organization, to include Interns, Internal Employees, Referrals, Alumni and Executives. This leader will exhibit strong program management skills and mentor a small team, while also developing relationships with senior business leadership. This individual will transform existing process into industry leading initiatives, while also creating new programs supporting Talent Acquisition’s role in business growth. This team will also be responsible for overseeing operational excellence and manage those individuals who support the Workday infrastructure for Recruiting.
The position reports to the SVP of Talent Acquisition and can be performed remotely.
The successful candidate will:
Build and/or revise multi-year recruitment strategies around critical Talent Acquisition programs to support desired hiring outcomes and measurable growth.
Partner with senior business leaders across the enterprise to ensure stakeholder feedback and implement changes for long-term success
Analyze current programs to identify both best practices and opportunities for efficiencies.
Align people and process solutions with the appropriate technology solutions, optimizing candidate experience.
Ensure maintenance and optimization of Talent Acquisition Operations and vendor relationships
Requirements include:
Bachelor's Degree in related field and typically 20+ years of broad and diversified experience. Professional registration or certification in field of expertise and active membership in a professional society is also required.
Proven experience leading high-performing recruitment teams and leading enterprise-wide recruitment initiatives virtually and in-person.
Specific experience in leading one or more of the following Talent Acquisition initiatives: Sourcing, Mobility, University, Alumni Outreach, Referral Programs
Experience maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to include senior business leaders and key functional groups such as Business Development, Communications
Ability to influence cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, Senior Leaders, and core business functions.
Background with change management communication and efforts
