Te Tūranga – About the role
Due to an internal secondment within the HR Team, we have an opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join us on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Working as part of the broader HR Team, you'll support our New World stores across the North Island, ensuring they have strong people strategies and engagement across their businesses.

He kōrero mōu - About you
Ideally, you'll have a strong background in HR within medium to large enterprises, preferably in retail or customer-focused environments with exposure and experience across engagement and culture, ER, IR and HR advisory.
Proactive and collaborative in your approach, you'll effortlessly build relationships to coach and influence great people outcomes.
With stores dotted across the North Island you'll need to be able to hit the road (at least bi-weekly) and be present on-site with our Owners. This is not your average office job, but one where you'll get to travel around the North Island engaging in meaningful people centered work.
