Job Description Summary
The USCAN Computed Tomography, Imaging Vice President owns the commercial product strategy across the USCAN market. Through building/sustaining high performing teams, driving product specialization, and enhancing customer experience, this role ensures one regional CT strategy, supporting GEHC customers and colleagues. This role proactively defines the CT commercial product strategy and works in conjunction with USCAN Markets to deliver the strategy in the field. This role is a key member of the USCAN Imaging leadership team, partnering with the Modality Vice Presidents, Market Vice Presidents, Modality GM’s and the CT business segment to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead segmentation and product specialization strategy across the CT portfolio for the USCAN region, focusing on win rate and margin accretion.
- Develop and implement strategies and tactics to drive win rate and market share gain in USCAN Markets by:
- Understanding and voicing product needs to the CT segment.
- Influencing product messaging on features, benefits, and value propositions needed to win as well as prioritizing NPI activation
- Understanding market dynamics and competitive trends across USCAN markets.
- Informing CT strategy and communicating strategy to the CT segment.
- Acting as a strong influencer in regions, driving regional understanding of the CT strategy.
- Collaborate with the CT Product team, USCAN Market Vice Presidents, Imaging General Managers, and Modality GM’s to identify opportunities to create value for customers across the CT Portfolio.
- Drive CT initiatives in care pathway and disease state portfolio solutions.
- Lead a culture of integrity and boundaryless collaboration, cultivates positive leadership through ongoing direction, coaching, and career development of leaders/staff.
- Embrace and understand the activation of LEAN concepts within an organization.
Qualifications/Requirements
- BA/BS Degree.
- 8+ years of successful sales, marketing, or product leadership experience.
- 4+ years of successful senior-level sales management, product, and/or general management experience.
- Strong technical competency and understanding of the GEHC Imaging Product Portfolio.
- Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and team-building skills; highly skilled in written and verbal communication both inside the company and with external customers.
- Ability to influence and drive change cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment.
- Enterprise wide, solutions mindset and the ability to make strategic trade off/s (when needed)
- Healthcare/MedTech Industry experience.
- Strong management skills and capability to develop talents.
- Strongly compliance-driven.
- This position can be based anywhere in the US.
Preferred Requirements
- Technical competency in using financial reporting tools.
- Ability to negotiate complex and strategic contracts.
- Adaptable and flexible to work environment, including handling multiple tasks concurrently and easily adapting to new assignments, systems, and tools.
- Familiarity with other GE Healthcare sales teams and structures is desirable.
- Knowledge and experience of large complex sales and marketing processes.
- Proven track record of sales success and sales team rigor.
- Develop value propositions and promotional strategies for specific offerings using customer input, clinical data, and design principles; communicate value propositions across the USCAN Regions.
- Define sales strategy for the CT product portfolio, including NPI execution, lifecycle management, and enhancements.
- Leverage value creation to deliver an excellent customer experience; collaborate with USCAN Region and Product teams to review customer metrics against targets and execute improvements.
- Work with Region teams to refine go-to-market strategy and model to deliver the target customer promise; align demand and forecasts with product schedules.
- Regularly review the CT product portfolio against customer value propositions and targets set by strategy; identify areas to gain a competitive edge through NPIs or EOLs.
- Lead and field input on CT value proposition development and support strategies for large Imaging national customer deals.
- Prioritize NPI activation to focus efforts on NPIs that will drive the most share in 2026, including determining market priorities and timing of NPI activation with sales teams.
- Ensure prioritized NPIs are effectively activated with all necessary sales tools, configurations, pricing, and messaging to ensure regions know how to activate in their location.
- Partner with the Specialty Channels team to drive Imaging Strategy in Federal and Government Accounts.
Own and curate product training to drive improvements in the training of sales teams.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $192,000.00-$288,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
