Vice President, Computational Test Development

Boston, MA Full Time
The Opportunity

We are seeking a senior level computational biology / bioinformatics scientist with background in diagnostic test development and a focus on NGS and ideally epigenomic modalities. This role is responsible for the data analysis and development aspects of clinical diagnostic test development for a novel blood-based epigenomic platform, as well as analysis relating to the development of the platform itself. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about pushing the boundaries of diagnostic testing, building novel diagnostic tests and methods for assay characterization and optimization, and ultimately improving data interpretation to create better predictors and diagnostics. If you're excited about joining an early-stage company with an experienced team operating at a rapid pace, and applying a novel platform for clinical diagnostics testing, this could be your perfect match.

About Us

We are pioneering an advanced, minimally invasive, comprehensive epigenomics platform with the potential to profoundly impact the research and development of new medicines and the use of approved medicines in clinical practice across a number of conditions, including cancer. More information on our company and platform can be found on our company website and in our recent publication in Nature Medicine.
