Job Description Summary

In coordination with the managers, inpatient supervisors, house coordinators & other leadership personnel, ensures adequate staffing for inpatient units, PHPs, and the admission team 24 hours per day/seven days per week. Provides administrative support for the human resource management functions for pool and other supplemental staff. Provides coverage for payroll functions when necessary.

Fair Labor Standards Act Status: Hourly

Minimum Training and Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, (GED), and four years of relevant work experience. A Bachelor's degree may be substituted for two years of the required work experience. Knowledge of healthcare system and experience in staffing and payroll is preferred. Competence in multiple computer systems, including Microsoft Windows. Ability to understand and promptly carry out verbal and written instructions. Responsible for monitoring of various systems.
