The VP, Clinical Delivery will define and drive product strategy aligned to critical organizational OKRs, optimizing clinical workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The role partners closely with executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, and technology teams to translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps and scalable digital health solutions. The VP, Clinical Delivery will apply deep experience in healthcare IT, AI-powered care orchestration, EHR/EMR interoperability, and enterprise transformation.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Enterprise Product Strategy & Vision
Define and execute enterprise-level product strategies aligned to organizational OKRs and long-term business objectives.
Lead strategic initiatives focused on reducing hospitalizations, lowering total cost of care, and improving patient clinical outcomes. Develop and operationalize product operating models that support innovation, agility, and measurable value delivery. Drive digital health innovation.
AI & Care Orchestration Leadership
Lead AI-powered care orchestration initiatives that transform fragmented clinical data into actionable, cohesive patient narratives. Enable predictive insights and proactive interventions through data-driven platforms. Oversee interoperability strategy across internal systems and external health partners. Champion enterprise AI and analytics strategies that enhance care team effectiveness and decision support.
Product Lifecycle & Portfolio Management
Own end-to-end project management across a diverse healthcare technology portfolio. Translate enterprise vision into prioritized roadmaps with measurable value outcomes.
Technology & IT Strategy
Align IT strategy, enterprise platforms, and product delivery to support integrated clinical and business workflows. Lead multidisciplinary teams spanning architecture, engineering, Agile delivery, QA, DevOps, IT operations, and PMO functions. Implement and scale Agile/SAFe delivery models enterprise wide. Drive SDLC maturity and operational efficiency improvements.
Executive & Stakeholder Partnership
Partner with C-suite, clinical leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to align strategy, investment decisions, and vendor selection. Establish governance frameworks for portfolio prioritization and performance tracking. Drive business transformation and change management initiatives across enterprise platforms. Ensure strong executive communication, transparency, and OKR alignment.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; Master's Degree preferred.
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare technology, product strategy, or IT delivery.
Demonstrated success leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
Deep expertise in EHR/EMR integration, interoperability, and clinical workflow optimization.
Experience delivering AI- and data-driven healthcare solutions.
Proven ability to manage large-scale portfolios and budgets ($25M+).
Experience leading and scaling teams of 100+ professionals.
Strong background in Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies.
