Vice President – Business Management (Enterprise Solutions)

Overview of the Role

The Business Transformation organization is seeking a highly experienced Vice President to serve as a strategic leader overseeing a $300m budget portfolio. This individual will operate independently while collaborating closely with senior executives and cross-functional partners across regions and time zones.

This role will strengthen financial discipline across business units, drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, and enhance operational effectiveness. The Vice President will partner closely with Operations, Finance, Accounting, and business leadership (e.g. Corporate & Technology Services, Office of General Counsel, HR, etc) to improve transparency, scalability, automation, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of financial acumen, reporting proficiency, operational aptitude, organization, resourcefulness, creativity and strong communication. Being able to see the big picture, connecting the dots, and drilling down to the details will enable success in this role. This position resides within Enterprise Solutions under the Business Management functional pillar.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business & Financial Leadership

  • Oversee and provide strategic governance across a $300m budget portfolio, enabling fact-based decision-making for business leaders.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes in partnership with Finance and business stakeholders.
  • Deliver actionable variance analysis, scenario modeling, and financial insights to support executive decision-making.
  • Enhance reporting frameworks to provide improved transparency and value-added insights to leadership and budget owners.

Transformation & Operational Excellence

  • Lead transformation, operating model redesign, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement across functions and regions by leveraging automation, technology, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to design and implement scalable, best-in-class business processes.
  • Identify and execute technology-enabled solutions to improve reporting, analytics, workflow efficiency, and governance.
  • Develop and implement sustainable change management frameworks to support long-term transformation efforts.
  • Proactively identify process bottlenecks and resource constraints; implement solutions to meet evolving business demands.

Program & Project Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional programs spanning multiple teams and geographies, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and objectives.
  • Establish governance structures, KPIs, and performance metrics to track progress and measure impact.
  • Manage small and large working groups to drive initiatives from concept through execution and closure.
  • Monitor contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and vendor performance where applicable.

Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Deliver performance reporting, KPI dashboards, and scenario analyses for management as needed.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across Enterprise Solutions, Finance, Accounting, IT, and business functions.
  • Partner with leadership to reassess reporting needs and deliver qualitative, value-added insights tailored to different audiences.

Competencies & Experience

  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business performance reporting.
  • Deep experience in financial modeling, scenario planning, and data-driven decision support.
  • Experience using/developing FP&A ERP, planning, or reporting systems (e.g., Workday, Adaptive, or similar platforms).
  • Strong understanding of global operations and cross-regional coordination.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Background in multinational organizations, or financial services environments preferred.

Education & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in financial services, GCC, or multinational environments.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or related field is a plus.
