JOB PURPOSE

Lead the efforts to improve the execution and performance of work practices within Aldar towards operational excellence

Lead the efforts to ensure the achievement on all standards required and manage ISO certifications

Ensure Aldar continuously improves into a Global Leading organization

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Set the overall business excellence strategy and ensure buy-in of internal stakeholder

Develop and monitor Aldar Business Excellence Model according to the International Business Excellence Frameworks (e.g., EFQM)

Oversee the implementation of Excellence requirements across Aldar to ensure the practices are aligned to the Excellence model

Management of ISO certifications and implementation of all required operational requirements to achieve ISO standards (including ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO30401 Knowledge Management, ISO 45001 Occupational Health & safety Management, ISO/IEC 27000 Information Security, and others)

Lead the development/update of policies to ensure appropriate internal controls, clarity on applicability, alignment with the requirements of the Quality Guidelines while involving all relevant stakeholders through to seeking Board approval

Manage local and regional recognition / certification (e.g., registration EFQM Model assessment) and act as a focal point of contact for all communications with external parties related to business excellence awards locally, regionally, and internationally.

Implement a centralized Quality Management System to establish internal controls and identify critical operational improvements.

Conduct periodic performance evaluation and operational reviews of the Aldar QMS elements and report maturity and implementation status to the Management Committee

Manage the implementation of the Service Management Framework by identifying / receiving requests for the services provided by different businesses / departments across the Group, analyzing the nature of services, and developing Service Cards, Catalogues, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Oversight and coordination of all consulting expertise engaged on ISO related initiatives

Design and implement required ‘big data’ formats to support organizational strategic initiatives; a program of analytics based continuous improvement

Plan, prepare, and execute a BU wide service quality program incorporating operations, sales and customer services

Design, develop, and implement quality control improvement plans including supportive training programs for the respective areas of development

Study and benchmark business excellence best practice within and without the industry

Direct the team for effective implementation of quality procedure and adherence to global standards

Analyze the gaps and equip the team with standardized tools, process, and procedures

RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE

Min of 10+ years experience in business excellence domain or similar function

YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION

Min of 2+ years in a related managerial position

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE

Real estate experience, Corporate Governance

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

Minimum Lean Green Belt certification

Six Sigma/ISO certification, EFQM and any relevant quality certification

Auditor accreditation preferred

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in business management, project management, or in a related field

A Master's degree in business administration will be advantageous
