The Verification & Validation (V&V) Engineer will conduct activities in accordance with the applicable contracted Systems Engineering Management Plan. This role involves planning, executing, and documenting verification and validation activities to ensure training systems meet design specifications, user requirements, and regulatory standards.

This role supports the development lifecycle by identifying defects, ensuring system integrity, and validating performance across simulated and live training environments.

Description

  • Perform requirements analysis and ensure complete coverage in test design

  • Support customer acceptance testing and certification processes.

  • Document test results, anomalies, and provide recommendations for corrective action

  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of test documentation including test plans, procedures and reports

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of V&V processes and methodologies

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven V&V Engineering experience, or similar

  • Strong understanding of system development lifecycles

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, Systems Engineering is highly regarded

  • Showcase ability to prepare, concise and persuasive communications for multiple audiences

  • Ability to obtain/maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance – must be an AU Citizen!

  • Ability to work to a hybrid capacity of 3 days in the Homebush Office/on-site and 2 days flexible
