We are seeking an Integration Program Specialist reporting to the VP of Product Management to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that deliver real-time API integrations between our anti-financial crime platform, customers, and third-party vendors. This role is critical to unlocking value for our clients and helping attain our strategic ambitions.
What you’ll do:
Drive end-to-end program delivery for strategic integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Collaborate across multiple teams—including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and external partners—to manage dependencies and resolve challenges.
Define and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and performance standards for all integrations.
Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
What you’ll bring:
5+ years of experience in program/project management or similar relevant/transferable roles and skills
Proven experience managing complex, multi-team programs in a technology or SaaS environment.
Excellent communicator who can effectively engage with Nasdaq and Verafin executives at the highest level of leadership, internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and clients.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with anti-financial crime solutions or fintech ecosystems.
An understanding of API design, integration patterns, and real-time data exchange would be an asset.
