We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a VRP to join our S&OP team based out of our Newmarket, Kraft Heinz office location!

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Own end-to-end inventory replenishment across customer DCs and stores to maintain target service levels and days of supply while minimising out-of-stocks.
Place and manage customer warehouse and store orders, ensuring the right quantities are delivered on time and in full. Also ensuring that attendance to customer is minimum once a week.
Align baseline, promotional and seasonal forecasts with customers and the Sales team to ensure accurate ordering and supply coverage.
Monitor daily supply performance, proactively communicate service risks/issues, and propose practical resolutions to protect availability and KPIs.
Conduct root-cause analysis on service failures (e.g., shortages, late deliveries, forecast error) and drive corrective actions with internal stakeholders.
Act as the primary operational interface between Kraft Heinz and customers for supply constraints, new line introductions and event management.
Maintain high data integrity across ordering, forecasting and master data inputs to support accurate planning and execution.
Improve supply chain efficiency by optimising load builds, reviewing lead times and delivery frequency, driving full pallet/truck ordering, and supporting customer working capital and delivery standards.
About you:
Demonstrated stakeholder management capability with a strong customer-centric mindset
Proven FMCG and/or retail experience in supply and/or demand planning roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyse data, solve problems, and support critical decision-making
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on driving sustainable process enhancements
Solid understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, replenishment, warehousing, and transport
Eligibility to work in New Zealand with full working rights
