The Role:

As part of the Accounts Payable team the Supplier Data Administrator/Vendor Data Associate will be responsible for liaising with suppliers and ensuring that all supplier details are up to date at all times.

  • Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of new supplier and investigator account set ups.
  • Timely and accurate processing of system approvals set-up
  • Resolution of issues with suppliers, investigators and approvals set-up


To be successful in the role, you will ideally have:

  • Previous Vendor Data Associate experience

  • To help with any projects, and process improvement initiatives.
