Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Vendor Management Systems Operations Specialist to support contingent workforce and vendor management operations across the enterprise. This role ensures accurate workforce data, compliant system access, and efficient execution of onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management activities across multiple enterprise platforms. The position operates in a fast-paced, compliance- and audit-driven environment and partners closely with Vendor Management, Procurement, Workforce Planning, HR, IT, Security, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain contingent and profile worker records including onboarding, extensions, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Track contingent workforce status, contract timelines, expirations, and renewals; proactively flag risks to stakeholders.
  • Support and administer workflows across MSFT Tools – (Excel, Sharepoint, and PowerApp), SAP Fieldglass, ServiceNow, SailPoint, Coupa, and Workday.
  • Manage ServiceNow queues, catalog items, approvals, and SLA adherence related to workforce and access requests.
  • Initiate, track, and troubleshoot system access provisioning and deprovisioning for contingent workers.
  • Ensure system access aligns with contract dates and complies with identity governance and security policies.
  • Reconcile and validate workforce and access data across VMS, HRIS, and access management systems.
  • Support entitlement reviews, access recertifications, audits, and compliance activities.
  • Coordinate with MSP partners and external suppliers on onboarding status and workforce changes.
  • Maintain process documentation, workflows, and operational controls.
  • Analyze trends and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in contingent workforce administration, vendor management, IT operations, or enterprise procurement support.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass and at least one of the following: ServiceNow, SailPoint, Workday, or Coupa.
  • Experience supporting audits, access reviews, or compliance-driven processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience supporting international or multi-vendor contingent workforce.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including lookups and PivotTables.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
