About Us: Lucid is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our products and services. We are looking for a well experienced Registration Officer to join our team and help us maintain our efficient daily operations.

Job Description:

As a Registration Officer, you will be responsible for registering vehicles to customers and visit/coordinate with police traffic authorities on a regular basis

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that all the necessary documents are available prior registration
Proceed with vehicle registration by adhering to company policies and procedures
Handing over and transfer of custom cards to customers
Visit Moroor (traffic authority) on regular basis
Monitor plates stock and order when necessary to maintain operation
Reflect all information and tasks on saleforce as per company procedures
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
Coordinate closely with delivery planning to set priorities and timelines
Stay up-to-date with local regulations especially with traffic department
Call customers to guide them through the registration process & to settle violations if any
Transfer of ownership of used vehicles from/to company and customers

Qualifications:

Confident and well experienced individual
High communication skills with high rank customers
Previous contact with Moroor is a plus
Driving license and 5+ years of driving experience is a must
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
