About the location:

Miles of walkable waterfront, top restaurants and city landmarks are all within easy reach.The role of the Valet Cashier
Serves as primary point of contact for external and internal guest inquiries related to Valet Parking and Guest Services requests. Collect all the necessary information from the guest so that request can be executed.
Warmly greets guest who wants to retrieve a parked car. Collects payment for parking services and accurately posts the payment. Deposits all cash receipts in accordance with established procedures. Directs valet parkers to retrieve the car.
Monitor valet workflow, guest parking and luggage requests, and special handling instructions, ensuring timely service and accurate documentation.
Maintains accurate control of keys for parked cars
Maintain and provide accurate logs, parking records, guest preference profiles, and service request data within the property management system.
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc.
Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
What to Expect from your Employee Experience

Work authorization in the United States required.
Valid Driver’s License required with a clean driving record
Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission
Previous experience in guest oriented, fast paced work environment is preferred
