Position Summary
You will support the Vaccines Marketing team in Taiwan by helping plan and deliver disease awareness and vaccination campaigns. You will work closely with marketers, medical reviewers, operations, and external partners. We value curiosity, clear communication, teamwork, and a patient-centred approach. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Support the development and localisation of clear, accurate content for digital channels, websites, and patient education materials.
  • Coordinate project timelines with internal teams and external creative or media partners.
  • Collect and analyse campaign performance data and prepare concise reports with simple insights.
  • Assist with operational tasks for immunisation programmes, including pre-order tracking and basic inventory reporting.
  • Support logistics and vendor liaison for events and health education sessions, including on-site assistance.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and support required internal review and approval steps.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

  • Enrolled degree in marketing, public health, communications, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong written and spoken Mandarin and good English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable working on data collection and basic analysis to produce clear, simple reports.
  • Able to collaborate well in a team and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work on-site in Taiwan; this role is primarily on-site with possible hybrid working depending on team needs.


Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus

  • Prior internship or project experience in marketing, healthcare, or public health campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, content management systems, or social media analytics.
  • Basic graphic or video editing skills (for example, Canva or simple video tools).
  • Experience coordinating events or working with vendors.
  • Interest in vaccines, prevention, or public health communications.
  • Fluency in Taiwanese (Hokkien) or other local languages to support community outreach.
