Job Purpose:
As a Vaccine Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing adult vaccines across your assigned territory or region. You will engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure availability of medically critical vaccines, deliver tailored educational support to healthcare professionals, and implement commercial strategies to achieve performance targets. This position will also involve supporting access plans and product formulary enlisting in key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial & Sales:

  • Achieve yearly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the assigned territory and therapy area.
  • Deliver commercial strategies and provide tailored solutions as a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Monitor product performance and execute a robust territory business plan aligned with commercial sales strategies.
  • Support marketing tasks, including campaign development and roll-out, ensuring medical and regulatory approvals.
  • Develop market intelligence and align forecasting with supply chain and marketing teams to reflect market demand.
  • Drive patient-focused solutions, tracking product supply, coordinating with supply chain and trade channel teams, and managing product shelf life.
  • Collaborate with tender teams for RFQ feedback and tender process management.

Market Access & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Coordinate with market access teams to implement access plans and establish roadmaps for key accounts.
  • Conduct effective meetings with HCPs to drive disease and product awareness/education.
  • Build relationships with scientific societies and Key External Experts (KEEs) to support advocacy and patient care.

Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to GSK’s codes, policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain strong business partnerships with stakeholders to address and resolve potential issues.
  • Demonstrate values-based management and integrity in all interactions.

Why You?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Saudi National with a pharmacy degree and a minimum of 2 years of field experience.
  • Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialist (SCFHS) card.
  • Proven track record in effective territory management and achieving field KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Vaccine experience is preferred.
  • Experience in managing public sector accounts with a strong understanding of access landscapes and product enlisting.
  • Valid driver’s license or alternative transportation solution in line with GSK policies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and ability to convey complex scientific content effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage larger geographical territories and strong commercial acumen.
  • High commitment to ethical and values-based management.

Working arrangements

We are hiring multiple positions for multiple locations in Jeddah, Riyadh, and Eastern Province. This is a field-based role. Specific working pattern will be agreed with your manager in line with local policy.
