Title: Logistics Coordinator
Starting Pay Rate:
$17.25/hr
Location: Phoenix, AZ - North HUB
Job Type: Full Time | Non-Exempt
Shift:
Monday-Friday | 6:00am - 2:30pm

Who You Are:

You’re a detail-oriented, reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. You’re comfortable balancing documentation and hands-on logistics work, knowing that both accuracy and speed matter. You take pride in getting the details right — especially when it comes to Cover Sheets, COAs, and batch documentation — and you understand how critical compliance and traceability are in a regulated environment. You adapt quickly when priorities shift, communicate clearly across teams, and stay calm when volume increases.

What You’ll Do:

As a Logistics Coordinator, your primary focus will be the compilation and completion of Cover Sheets to ensure every Finished Good has accurate, compliant, and traceable documentation. You’ll work cross-functionally with Inventory, Lab, Kitchen, Quality, and Compliance to verify COAs, batch data, and product information while also supporting inventory movement and wholesale fulfillment.

A typical day will include:

  • Compiling and completing Cover Sheets by gathering COAs and verifying batch, strain, harvest, and manufacturing data
  • Utilizing the COA database to validate mother batch and finished good records
  • Partnering with Quality, Compliance, and testing facilities to resolve discrepancies or amendments
  • Maintaining accurate Cover Sheet logs to support traceability and audit readiness
  • Assisting with inventory counts and posting totals to inventory records
  • Preparing transfers and manifests to ensure compliant product movement
  • Supporting wholesale orders including picking, packaging, counting, scanning, and labeling
  • Utilizing BioTrack and Dutchie to maintain real-time, error-free tracking
  • Ensuring labeling and product information accuracy

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in logistics, order fulfillment, inventory, or documentation-heavy operational roles
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfort working with batch records, compliance documents, or COAs (preferred)
  • Ability to multi-task and shift priorities in a high-volume HUB environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence navigating inventory systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High level of integrity and accountability
  • You hold a high school diploma or GED (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

Even Better If:

  • Familiarity with seed-to-sale systems
  • Experience researching or validating COAs in a testing database

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time (8-10 hours per shift)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasional lifting of heavier items with assistance
  • Frequent and repetitive use of hands and wrists for extended periods of time
  • Repetitive bending, squatting, and reaching
  • Ability to climb ladders or step stools to access plants or equipment
  • Ability to use required PPE when required, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, and Tyvek suits as necessary

Environmental Conditions

  • Exposure to environments with high humidity, varying temperatures, and strong odors (such as cannabis)
  • Exposure to soil, water, fertilizer, dust, pollen and plant pathogens
  • Exposure to cleaning solvents, such as high volumes of isopropyl alcohol
  • Exposure to loud noises, including but not limited to air compressors, packaging equipment, and alarms
  • Exposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved CO2 levels
