UX/UI designers at Optimove are empowered to solve meaningful business problems through user-centered design. They collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, and enjoy a high level of ownership and autonomy.
Designers at Optimove take part in continuous Product Discovery – interacting directly with customers, conducting user research and usability tests, and leveraging data to inform decisions. They also use modern AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and iteration.
This role is a key contributor to shaping product experiences and delivering impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and understand user needs and behaviors through research (interviews, observations, usability tests) and collaboration with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders
  • Translate insights into intuitive, feasible, and impactful design solutions
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes (low to high fidelity), including rapid prototyping using AI-powered tools
  • Continuously validate ideas with users and stakeholders
  • Deliver detailed UI designs and clear specifications for new features and improvements
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle (planning, grooming, implementation)
  • Use product analytics to identify opportunities and improve user experience
  • Contribute to and work within the design system
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI design
  • Experience designing complex B2B web applications
  • Strong skills in creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Experience with prototyping and user validation
  • Ability to work with data and derive actionable insights
  • Familiarity with data visualization principles
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design)
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail
AI & Tools
  • Hands-on experience using modern design and AI tools such as Figma (including AI capabilities), Make, Lovable, Claude, or similar
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for rapid prototyping, ideation, microcopy, and exploring multiple design directions
  • Experience integrating AI into the design workflow to improve speed and quality
Nice to Have
  • Experience conducting user research using various methods
  • Experience with design systems
  • Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, FullStory, Amplitude)
  • Experience designing onboarding flows or data-heavy interfaces
