How we LEAD:

Merchandise and e-commerce is part of the fabric of music culture. For artists, it’s a way to develop and further articulate their brand. For fans, it’s another pathway to connecting with an artist and the culture they represent.

The Photographer / Shooter is a senior capture specialist responsible for delivering world-class photographic content across e-commerce, editorial, and campaign environments. Embedded within the Content Production team, this role leads high-quality image capture while supporting multi-format productions that may include video and live components.

This role combines strong aesthetic sensibility with technical mastery. While photography is the primary focus, the Photographer / Shooter is also capable of operating professional video camera systems in multi-camera environments when required. Working closely with Creative Directors, Producers, Directors of Photography, and Post Production, this role ensures that all captured content meets the highest creative and technical standards.

This is a hands-on role for a visual storyteller who understands both product precision and artist-driven creative expression—and who thrives in a high-volume, high-expectation production environment.

How You’ll CREATE

  • Lead photographic capture across e-commerce product shoots, editorial campaigns, and marketing content.
  • Execute lighting and composition setups that align with creative direction and brand intent.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors and Producers to translate campaign concepts into compelling visual outputs.
  • Operate professional camera systems for both still and motion capture when multi-cam or hybrid productions require additional operators.
  • Support Directors of Photography during larger-scale video shoots as a secondary operator when needed.
  • Maintain consistent visual standards across lighting, framing, color, and technical execution.
  • Partner with Grip & Equipment and Studio teams to ensure stage readiness and efficient shoot execution.
  • Review captures in real time to ensure quality, exposure accuracy, and alignment with creative expectations.
  • Contribute to evolving lighting approaches, capture techniques, and workflow improvements.
  • Maintain organized file structures and coordinate clean handoffs to Post Production.

Bring your VIBE

  • 8–12 years of professional photography experience within commercial, e-commerce, fashion, music, or editorial environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating product precision and creative storytelling.
  • Deep knowledge of professional lighting systems, modifiers, and camera equipment.
  • Experience operating professional cinema cameras in video or multi-camera production environments.
  • Comfortable working alongside Directors of Photography on larger-scale shoots.
  • Strong understanding of color, composition, and brand-led visual storytelling.
  • Ability to thrive in both high-volume e-commerce environments and bespoke creative shoots.
  • Calm, decisive presence on set with strong collaboration skills.
  • Experience within music, fashion, or artist-driven campaigns strongly preferred.
