Zendesk is looking for a curious UX Research Intern to join our team in Poland! This internship will be for 12 weeks starting in July 2026. Your internship experience will be learning what it means to be a successful UX Researcher.

Your job as a User Experience Research intern will be to help with some of the UXR team initiatives, research projects. Other projects will help with communication and processes to support the broader research team so that our research can be easy to access and amplified inside the organisation. We need an organized, self-starter who is detail oriented. As a UX Research intern, we expect curiosity, and eagerness to learn, and apply the fundamentals of UX Research. You care deeply about the user experience. You have an interest in learning about users, and can communicate effectively and clearly what you have learned through various mediums such as short executive summaries, reports, or videos. An eye for detail and visual communication skills are also important. Those with an eagerness to learn or an attitude of figuring it out will enjoy working in our team.
By joining our small but mighty team, you will get to learn from various researchers with a broad range of expertise and will be learning hands-on and practical research skills.
Working on UX research projects either independently or in partnership with a UX Researcher. Planning, collecting data, doing research and analysis, synthesizing and sharing the work.
Work closely alongside UX Researchers globally with opportunities to collaborate with the broader Product Development team
Projects to help inform the Product Development team future work
Participate in regular design critiques and standup meetings
Translate insights and research artifacts into shareable material across the department
Learn in-depth about research processes and the fundamentals of UX Research with the potential application of those research skills on smaller projects
A basic understanding of one or a few research methods, with a willingness to learn
Analytical and critical thinking skills so that you can help to look at a problem from many angles
The ability and experience to work independently, take initiative, be highly organized, creative, curious and insightful. “Figure it out” attitude with the ability to handle ambiguity.
Strong and compelling written and verbal communication skills that let you illustrate and share your work creatively and persuasively - both in an individual and group setting
The flexibility to meet remotely with teammates and customers in different time zones
Some visual communication skills that help you put together compelling presentations or video clips
Currently enrolled in a post graduate University degree in Interaction Design, Psychology, Human Factors, or related field
Bonus if you have SQL skills
Must be authorized to work in Poland
Must be located in the Poland for the full duration of the internship

The Poland annualized base salary range for this position is zł98,280.00-zł98,280.00. Please note that while the salary range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rate for this position, the actual compensation offered will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives that will be communicated during the offer stage.Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
