What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain safe, efficient production by supporting plant operations and mobile equipment activities
- Perform general labor tasks including housekeeping, shoveling, cleanup, and material handling
- Assist with routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs of plant equipment
- Follow safety procedures and actively contribute to a strong safety culture
- Support production goals by working collaboratively with plant and site personnel
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to work safely in an industrial or outdoor environment
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn plant operations and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines consistently
- Dependable work habits with strong teamwork and communication skills
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and working in variable conditions
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
