You’ll collaborate with passionate teams across development, marketing, and design, bringing creative ideas to life and driving the evolution of our eCommerce platform. Your Impact

  • Develop responsive, accessible, and high-impact web pages, content templates, graphics, multimedia, and web components that elevate the HOKA brand
  • Execute personalization strategies to ensure every customer feels valued and engaged throughout their journey
  • Operate as a key member of an Agile development team, delivering projects with precision, speed, and exceptional quality
  • Review and enhance ADA compliance and site performance data, championing accessibility and optimal user experience for all
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and driving alignment across teams
  • Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new front-end frameworks, UI/UX trends, and best practices, proactively recommending improvements to our tech stack and processes

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development, ideally in e-commerce or consumer-facing environments
  • Proven ability to hand-code HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from scratch, delivering clean, maintainable, and standards-compliant solutions
  • Experience with modern frameworks/libraries and integrating them into larger systems
  • Familiarity with performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA), and cross-browser compatibility
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and using collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and clear, effective communication abilities
  • Working knowledge of typography, layout, and graphic design principles to support visually polished, brand-consistent UI
  • Experience with FreeMarker, SalesForce Commerce Cloud, DemandWare, and CoreMedia is a plus

$120,000 - $130,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
