The opportunity
At QBE, we’re committed to delivering simple, intuitive and customer‑first digital experiences. We’re looking for a User Interface and Experience Designer to support the delivery of easy‑to‑use, high‑performing digital products.
This role plays a key part in translating customer insights, research and data into well‑designed digital experiences that lift customer task completion and improve key customer experience metrics, including NPS.
