Overview: 

We’re looking for a User Experience Designer who thrives on turning complexity into clarity. In this role, you’ll craft intuitive, accessible, and engaging experiences that solve real problems for real people. Your work will shape how users interact with our products making those interactions not only functional, but truly delightful.

As part of the Engage Technology & Experience team, you’ll help define end-to-end digital experiences for our SaaS products and solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Product Managers to bring ideas from concept to reality. From early discovery and user flows to polished prototypes and final interfaces, you’ll champion the user at every stage. You will support and report to the Senior UX Manager, playing a key role in influencing product strategy, advocating for design excellence, and creating experiences that matter on a global scale.

What you will do:

  • Define the user model and user interface for new and existing products and features. (10%)
  • Develop low to high fidelity workflows, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. (40%)
  • Gauge the usability of products and make constructive suggestions for change (10%)
  • Be able to use existing knowledge and experience to advise teams efficiently (10%)
  • Coordinate and collaborate design delivery with engineering and product partners, iterating and adjusting designs based on user feedback, timelines, and technical feasibility. (20%)
  • Play a supportive role in planning, running and synthesizing qualitative & quantitative user research, contribute to test design (10%)

What we are looking for:

  • BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, Human Factors/Ergonomics, CS, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in crafting usable digital interfaces
  • 1-3 years UX prototyping experience with tools like Figma
  • Must have a portfolio of past design work
  • Plan and estimate work
  • Experience working with agile software development teams
